Your Role: As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, executing strategies, supporting campaigns, and enhancing customer engagement to support Mosaic’s continued growth. You’ll play a crucial role in strengthening our brand, increasing visibility, and communicating to a wide audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Assist in creating, executing, and analyzing advertising campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
- Brand Voice: Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice across all marketing materials.
- Content Creation: Design marketing materials and support social media efforts through content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring.
- Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends and customer needs, providing actionable recommendations.
- Event Planning: Plan, coordinate, and execute promotional events, managing logistics, vendor relations and performance tracking.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure all marketing initiatives align with business goals.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of marketing or similar experience preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with various marketing applications and content management systems.
