We are looking for a Director of Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Services to join our team!
We are looking for someone who is excited to build, lead, and scale Mosaic's mission forward. The Director of Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) Services assists with overseeing all program services, personnel management, financial management and community or public relations.

What YOU’LL Do:
- Monitor overall operations ensuring regulatory compliance and accreditation standards are met.
- Oversee programmatic services making certain the needs of people served are met and quality person centered services are provided.
- Promote positive community partnerships through creating relationships during sustainable funding opportunities and participating in local, and state events.
- Foster, direct and evaluate employee engagement, performance and HR needs through open communication, fair practices and recognition programs.
- Develop and oversee agency budget, expenditures and policy/procedures that meet regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain open communication with employees, individuals served, their families and guardians or other stakeholders.
SCHEDULE: Days, Salaried, on call responsibilities to assist agencies, Work from Home - with weekly travel required between all Nebraska agencies - agency vehicle is provided

What YOU’LL need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or related field
- Minimum of five years’ experience in a related field with 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- Previous successful experience in budget management and human resources is preferred
