What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN position at Mosaic?
Mosaic is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team!
In this role, you will provide health care to individuals receiving services in the homes by scheduling medical appointments, assessing condition, reviewing medications, completing any necessary medical forms and by updating medical records.

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8a-5pm minimal travel as needed / hybrid positon primarily from home, looking for a candidate residing in Liberal or Garden City KS.
