- Troubleshoot data issues, undeliverable addresses, and postal compliance concerns before they become production problems
- Partner with our customer service team to communicate clearly with clients on data quality, job status, and timelines
- Stay current with USPS regulation changes and postal rate updates — including promotions we actively help our clients leverage

- Proficiency with postal processing software (BCC Mail Manager, AccuZIP, Satori, or similar)
- Solid working knowledge of USPS mailing standards, presort requirements, and postal regulations
- Experience with CASS certification, NCOA processing, and DSF² processing
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and comfort handling large data files
- Familiarity with variable data printing workflows and data merge processes — understanding how personalization drives client results is a big plus
- A sharp eye for detail, a steady hand under deadlines, and a collaborative spirit that fits our team-first culture
