- Pay: $46,675.20 - $70,012.80 / year
- Under the direction of the Patient Access Manager, responsible for assisting with department policies and procedures related to the registration of emergency room, outpatient visits, and inpatient medical center services. Properly ensures patient safety regulations are met by coordinating the proper selection of tests/procedures. Assists the Manager with all registration policies and procedures at the point of service. Available 24/7 as needed for departmental support. Adheres to all patient and caregiver satisfaction policies set by Mosaic Lifecare.
- This position works under the supervision of the Manager and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
- Coordinates the testing and implementation of system upgrades for registration technology. Including downtime procedures.
- Prepares registration policy changes to Manager of Patient Access for communication to outpatient and inpatient medical center areas.
- Assists Manager with editing for caregiver calendars and clock in updates and/or errors within API.
- Performs caregiver rounding to ensure adherence to department policies and procedures.
- Properly ensures all quality assurance and registration edits are resolved timely. Monitors point of service collection opportunities and aligns department/caregiver goals with best practice KPI’s.

- All required education is a minimum requirement. Higher levels of education are acceptable. High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 Year experience working as a Registration Lead is preferred. 3 Years Experience with registration and/or customer service policies is required.
Salary : $46,675 - $70,013
