- The Representative Patient Financial Clearence Customer Service is responsible for inbound/outbound calls and/or written inquiries from patients, attorneys, insurance companies and vendors with questions, issues, and concerns related to hospital and physician office visits. The Representative Patient Financial Clearence Customer Service will provide an excellent support and ensuring our commitment to the values of Mosaic Life Care. The daily functions will include but are not limited to processing and inputting patient data, fulfilling document requests, maintaining performance and quality standards. Additionally, The Representative Patient Financial Clearence Customer Care will always ensure compliance with confidential data, stay abreast of changing policies and/or procedures related to Mosaic Life Care policies. The Representative Patient Financial Clearence Customer Service will work under direction from Customer Service Manager to ensure service delivery is consistently high-quality and escalate issues to team lead or functional caregivers as appropriate. This position is employed by Mosaic Life Care.
- Candidates residing in the following states will be considered for remote employment: Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, and Virginia. Remote work will not be permitted from any other state at this time.
- Takes inbound calls from patients, attorneys, insurance companies and vendors.
- Makes outbound follow up calls and outbound calls to assist in resolution of accounts.
- Responds to written inquiries from patients, attorneys, insurance companies and vendors.
- Other duties as assigned.
- H.S. Diploma is required. Associate's Degree is preferred.
- 1 year of experience with Customer Service is required. 1 Year of Experience with Health Care office is preferred.
Salary : $17 - $23
