- This position works as the subject matter expert for all systems supporting Supply Chain activities. In this role, the Analyst maintains data integrity, system performance, supports scheduled maintenance, troubleshooting and daily operation of Mosaic's Supply Chain Services for MMIS, GHX, and additional 3rd party platforms. The Analyst interacts with IT to ensure systems meet or exceed uptime and quality performance objectives while providing training for caregivers on system hardware and software use, user competency, system issue resolution and workarounds. In addition to the above, the individual takes on special projects as needed including but not limited to training, reporting, spend and utilization analysis, and annual physical inventory support.
- This position works under the supervision of the Director of Supply Chain Operations and is employed by Mosaic Health System.
- The overall systems expert for Supply Chain Services through maintaining best in class knowledge and skill, including but not limited to Infor, Oracle, GHX and department Web Presence while supporting standard concepts, practices and procedures of both IT and Supply Chain Services.
- Manages user accounts and provides ongoing caregiver training to ensure maximum benefit is gained from use of department hardware and software.
- Serves as liaison between the suppliers Infor, Oracle, GHX and Mosaic to ensure quality performance ensuring future needs are anticipated, analyzed, quantified, communicated and implemented into the process/software as directed. Responsible for supporting future upgrades and enhancements to system to keep system current with latest software releases. Provides first line of support for system users and communicates issues/deficiencies to IT and system supplier.
- Coordinates with internal groups to ensure that adequate resources (staff, time, and supplies) are available to implement and maintain the system with as close to 100% quality uptime as possible.
- Proactively evaluates system performance, issues and needs while providing recommendations for prompt issue resolution. Responsible for uptime and quality of all Supply Chain Systems.
- Coordinates with IT and user groups on the installation of new software releases, maintenance, system upgrades and patches. Supports installation of patches and resolution of software related problems. Performs file recoveries, monitors file usage and coordinates needed backup/recovery/creation/removal of files from server.
- Directs system management best practices through policies for Item Master integrity and quality.
- Ensure system security for caregivers by setting up individual access and termination of access as necessary.
- Write programs to extract desired data from MMIS, GHX and others as required. Creates documents, reports and analysis for key stakeholders that, “tells the data’s story” on a regular basis.
- Supports Supply Chain and Accounting during annual physical inventory in a project-based manor.

- All required education is a minimum requirement. Higher levels of education are acceptable. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science or related technical field required. Master's in Business/Supply Chain/Engineering/Finance preferred.
- 5 years experience in Supply Chain or Healthcare and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Visio, Adobe, Microsoft Access required. 5 years Experience in managing or supporting MMIS such as Infor and/or Oracle, experience in computer programming or systems analysis and experience in Tableau preferred.
