Who We're Looking For :

• A Licensed Real Estate Agent : You must hold an active real estate license or be licensed in another state and considering a move to California.
• A Client-Centered Professional : Passionate about helping buyers and sellers, with a strong focus on guiding clients through the process.
• Motivated and Driven : Ambitious, self-motivated, and ready to work in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
• Strong Communicator : Skilled in client consultations, negotiations, and relationship building.
• Tech-Savvy and Organized : Comfortable using CRM tools and technology to stay on top of leads and client interactions.
