Moseley Multifamily (Sterling VA), an established and growing company is offering an opportunity to qualified individuals to become Field Supervisors for our company.
We have had great success hiring young aggressive people who were from pizza delivery drivers, used car salespeople, Uber drivers, etc. You will not just learn a trade – you will be acquiring a career to last a lifetime.
We need to hire about 20 individuals in the next 12 months starting now.

Requirements
- A burning desire to succeed.
- Basic computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, internet, email, etc.
- Pass a background and drug check.
- Verifiable references.

You will be responsible for:
- You will be trained to be the Moseley representative onsite managing labor crews and material supply manage to ensure your assigned apartment renovation units are completed within the allowed time frame, that the work is done to Moseley Standards and accepted by the Owner while providing a remarkable customer experience.
- Your typically project scope will be to remove and replace the following items, Cabinets, Countertops, Appliances, Flooring and Paint etc…
Compensation
- Level 1 Field Supervisor pay band 38k-45k incentives
- Level 2 Field Supervisor pay band 42k-55k incentives
- Level 3 Field Supervisor pay band 55k-65k incentives
- Level 4 Field Supervisor pay band 60k-85k incentives
Start at Level 1 with no experience and we provide the training and opportunity for you to be promoted from Level 1 through Level 4 and beyond.
