Advanced Engineering Technician Scottsdale, AZ Contract Position $28.43-$33.43 / Hour Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. Responsibilities :
- Support engineering, fabrication, and testing for mission-critical systems and advanced technology solutions.
- Support engineering activities including design, testing, troubleshooting, fabrication, and assembly of prototype electro-mechanical systems and specialized test equipment.
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and diagrams to assist in system modifications and assembly.
- Construct, calibrate, and troubleshoot a variety of tools, equipment, and electronic systems.
- Conduct statistical experiments to define and optimize process parameters.
- Develop and implement process improvement solutions, documenting results and recommendations.
- Design and fabricate tooling and fixtures for specialized tasks.
- Organize, analyze, and interpret data for root cause analysis and system improvements. Qualifications :
- Educational Requirements :
- Associate's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Clearance Requirements :
- Active Top Secret Clearance required.
- Experience & Technical Skills :
- 3 years of relevant experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in fabrication tools and the ability to fabricate complex hardware.
