- Develop and test embedded systems, products, and services that protect national security and support military personnel.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- 8 years of job-related experience (6 years with a Master’s degree).
- Expertise in C, C , and Python programming languages.
- Proficiency in embedded software development, Linux, RTOS, and hardware/software integration.
- Experience with DO-178 compliant software engineering life cycles.
- Agile development experience preferred.
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required.
- Demonstrated success in leading the software development lifecycle and solving complex technical challenges.
- Strong communication skills for securing stakeholder buy-in and collaborating across teams.
- Commitment to professional growth and mentoring team members.
- Preferred Skills:
- Advanced technical expertise in embedded software solutions.
