Senior Quality Control Specialist

Responsibilities
- Compare defects against standards and provide recommendations for disposition.
- Review and disposition QA documentation, including IDRs and DNs, while verifying corrective action implementation.
- Participate in and assist with performing process and system audits.
- Gather inputs from stakeholders, summarize key information, and provide feedback to support decision-making
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or a Master’s degree.
- Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- Certifications: J-STD-001, J-STD-002, IPC 610, MIL-STD-883, or NASA standards certification may be required within 30 days of hire.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in electrical or mechanical technology, ESD control, workmanship standards, and drawing interpretation.
- Experience conducting process audits and providing recommendations.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of J-STD, IPC, and MIL-STD certifications and standards.
