Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement test programs to verify system and subsystem requirements, supporting mission-critical defense and security technologies.
- Design and qualify electrical and optical systems for defense applications.
- Develop and manage electrical / optical system designs, including requirement allocation and decomposition.
- Oversee requirements lifecycle management to ensure compliance with system specifications.
- Support new product development and transition designs from concept to manufacturing. Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (or a Master's degree with no experience requirement).
- 2 years of job-related experience (if holding a Bachelor's degree).
- Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
- Knowledge of systems engineering principles, requirements management, and system modeling tools.
