- Strategic Development : Lead strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation for new business opportunities, emphasizing federal defense markets.
- Pipeline Management : Establish Department of Justice (DOJ) pipelines, develop call plans, and execute tactical sales strategies.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and strategic allies.
- Client-Centered Focus : Identify customer needs and guide the business development process through qualification and service delivery stages.
- Team Collaboration : Work with the BD team to prioritize and manage opportunities, evaluate performance metrics, and drive organizational growth. Qualifications :
- Educational Background : Bachelor's degree.
- Experience :
- 10 years of experience in pipeline development, strategic planning, and budgeting within federal IT government contracting.
- Proven ability to qualify and close deals to support at least a $1M line of business.
- Experience pursuing GWAC / IDIQ task orders in the federal IT market (desired).
- Clearance : Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining / maintaining a federal security clearance.
- Travel : Willingness to travel as needed.
