Responsibilities :
- Operate and maintain light-duty bench and floor machine tools to cut, shape, and assemble precision metal components for mission-critical defense and security systems.
- Set up, adjust, and operate machining tools to produce precision metal components.
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings, process sheets, and sketches to perform production tasks.
- Conduct quality checks using gauges, jigs, and fixtures to ensure accuracy within tight tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process control procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure smooth production workflows.
