Job Summary :
The Moser Energy Systems Parts Runner is responsible for assisting with the shipping and receiving of parts, running parts between different buildings and stocking and tracking inventory. This role ensures that parts are efficiently and accurately distributed and managed within the company.

Education / Experience :
High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.1 to 2 years of experience in a parts department is preferred.Supervisor :
Parts Manager, unless otherwise designated.
Typical Responsibilities :
Assist with the shipping and receiving process, including verifying incoming shipments, unpacking and organizing parts.Deliver parts to various buildings and departments within the company promptly and efficiently.Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and product movements and update inventory tracking systems.Stock parts in designated locations and ensure shelves are organized and labeled correctly.Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Parts Manager.Collaborate with other departments to fulfill parts requests and ensure timely delivery.Perform general housekeeping duties to keep the parts area clean and organized.Prepare and maintain shipping documents and other required paperwork.Receiving parts, including placing them into inventory and properly labeling them.Know and comply with all safety policies, standards, and procedures that apply to your job.Errand running and procurement pickup as needed.Actively participate in all required training and safety meetings.Use the correct tools and use them safely.Immediately report all incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions to your supervisor.Abide by all policies and procedures established by Moser Energy Systems.Assist with any task required by the direct supervisor.Required Skills / Abilities :
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.Proven experience in shipping and receiving.Proficiency in using shipping and inventory management software.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Mathematical skills to help manage the inventory, pricing, and estimates.Problem-solving skills to deal with parts inventory issues.Product knowledge to correctly identify parts and recommend needed parts.Time management skills with the ability to work alone.Effective communication and customer service skills.Possess or is able to obtain forklift certification and operate forklift safely in various conditions in and out of warehouse.Must treat everyone equally with respect and dignity.A valid driver's license and the ability to work legally in the US.Pass a drug screening.Clean motor vehicle record.Physical Requirements :
