We are currently seeking a Parts Associate for our Moses Parts Direct wholesale division.

Responsibilities:
- Assists collision centers and internal body shops in selecting required parts or accessories in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Provide exceptional service to all wholesale customers.
- Identify uses of parts through parts schematics.
- Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
- Prepares invoices for parts to be delivered to wholesale customers.
- Gain superior product knowledge and understanding of vehicle components through available factory training to effectively help customers.
- Assist with the daily inventory.
- Help maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the service counter, work area, and stockroom.
- Answer phone calls, provide price quotes, and other information to customers as required.
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:
- High school graduate or GED
- Prior knowledge and experience of the vehicle parts industry is required.
- Understanding of basic automotive components and systems
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
