Responsibilities:
- Work as a Key Holder responsible for opening the store and starting preparations for the day.
- Manage and order detailing and cleaning products.
- Oversee detail cleanup shop employees.
- Coordinate vehicles for appointments and deliveries, maintain and clean stock vehicles and showroom cars.
- Inspect new car deliveries to match stock numbers and damage.
- Drive to have paperwork signed, monitor for recalls, and pick up vehicles at detail or service.
- Manage or direct drivers to auction locations.
- Remove debris from walks, lawns, and parking lots. Empty trash cans on dealership grounds.
- Eliminate weeds and oversee the maintenance of grass and shrubs.
- Transfer vehicles between dealerships as needed.
- Maintain car lot, sweep outside of doors, shovel snow, and lay salt.
- Ensure parking lots, sidewalks, and entrances are clear of debris.
- Wash, clean, and dry vehicle exterior and vacuum and prepare interior per company standards.
- Start vehicles once/week, check gas and ensure they are customer ready.
IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:
- High school graduate or GED
- Valid driver’s license
