What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Consultant - SUDP Certified position at Moses Lake Community Health Center?
This position operates as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) with various primary care teams at any of MLCHC's clinics utilizing the Primary Care Behavioral Health (PCBH) model of care. We are seeking a BHC with SUDP certification.
Responsibilities
- Provides a range of behavioral health services to a high volume of patients of all ages via several different visit types (e.g., individual, group, co-visits, etc.).
- Provides a range of services to PCPs and their treatment teams.
- Participates in program development and implementation.
Requirements
- The Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) position requires an independent license to practice in a health care setting, such as a PhD/PsyD in psychology, a Masters in social work, or a Masters in counseling.
- Must have SUDP certification.
- Must have a current Mental Health Counselor Associate or Mental Health Counselor License with the State of Washington.
