Description
Quincy and Moses Lake Community Health Centers are seeking a Radiologic Technologist to join their imaging teams! The Radiologic Technologist will provide radiographic studies for medical patients.
Responsibilities
- Processes the Provider's radiology order.
- Ability to obtain accurate clear, concise radiographic images.
- Transmits images to the Radiologist group for interpretation.
- Performs administrative duties as required (invoices, patient logs, etc.).
Requirements
Basic organizational skills, typically to organize own work.Job duties require the ability to work independently.Job duties are typically performed in response to workflow or ongoing direction by supervisors or others.Employees are able to effectively select from alternatives to situations encountered on the job.Work requires consideration of the impact of work product on other employees in the work process.Duties require analysis of information following established methods, not requiring the employee's own opinions.Job duties require knowledge and training in the field of Radiology, typically acquired through a formal Associates degree or trade school program in Radiographic Technology.Ability to obtain a Washington State Radiographic Technologist license.Ability to prepare basic correspondence and simple reports in Microsoft Word.Ability to create, send and manage email in Outlook.Ability to use Microsoft Excel to create tables and simple displays of information.Ability to access and complete data entry in EMR.Fully functional in use of the EMR program.Fully functional in the use of VXvue.Job duties require the employee to effectively communicate complex and / or technical information to co-workers and others.Employees are responsible for the resolution of conflicts that may arise.Job duties require the effective communication of information in written (including electronic) correspondence.Duties require employees to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.Travel between work sites as needed.Summary
