As a result, keeping up with the differences and the sheer volume of obligations makes hiring people in many locations expensive and painful.

Responsibilities :

Execute on existing SEO strategy with the goal of increasing traffic to the website
Able to conduct keyword research and inform keyword strategy
Own the end to end blog process, including writing titles, content, and publishing
Create and maintain content calendar
Track and report on blog performance
Comfortable with backlink building strategy
Update old blog posts periodically to increase accuracy and performance
Nice to have : Familiar with AI search
Nice to have : Experience with pSEO

Capabilities :

Excellent writing skills, able to write for specific target audiences

Strong conceptual and critical thinking

Acute attention to detail

Ability to accurately and concisely summarize complex information

Comfortable working with ambiguity, and able to pivot quickly when necessary

Requirements :

3 years experience working in Content Marketing

Proven ability to proofread, draft, and edit

Experience working at an early-stage startup or eagerness to learn within a fast-paced environment

Strong connection with the mission of the company

The compensation range for this position is $40 an hour, depending on experience. Part-time hours to start with a path to 40 hours a week.
