As the Social Media Manager , you’ll be the critical point person helping MOSH develop and grow a best-in-class social presence across multiple social platforms to drive brand awareness, community engagement and revenue. You will spearhead strategy, content creation & planning and copy across all organic social media channels, building out the monthly content calendar, 360 social support plans for launches / activations, identifying social trends and owning social reporting & analytics.
What You’ll Do :
- Spearhead a new Social Media playbook based on the current strategy
- Develop and implement social media strategy that is aligned with our brand objectives and audience targets, driving engagement and growth on Instagram and TikTok
- Innovate and brainstorm new ideas and directions for social content and marketing campaigns
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for both platforms.
- Develop the brand voice and messaging across all social channels.
- Create a path to expand onto other platforms (i.e. YouTube)
Calendar Management
Responsible for creation, maintenance and successful execution of the social content calendar as well as coordinating cross-departmentally to ensure alignmentManage daily operations of all social media channels, including content scheduling, monitoring and engagementContent Creation
Develop, produce, edit and partner with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging content that resonates with our audience, staying ahead of trends to ensure relevancy. This role will focus primarily on organic content but will also support paid creative and creator / influencer collaborationsOptimize content for maximum reach and engagement, including the use of hashtags, captions, and other platform-specific featuresIdentify content that aligns with segmented demographics and audiences for specific platforms such as IG, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.Collaborate with the creative team to plan, develop and schedule custom content needs for social as neededCommunity Engagement & Management
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional mannerWork with the customer service team to ensure all customer feedback on social channels is handled accordingly and in the brand voiceFoster a sense of community and engage with followers to build brand loyalty.Identify and engage with influencers and potential brand advocatesCollaborate with colleagues on influencer management and partnership ideation as part of the overall GTM strategyReporting & Analytics
Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the success of content and campaignsProvide regular reports with insights and recommendations for improvementUse data to inform future content strategies and optimize existing onesOther
Attend photoshoots, brand events, and relevant functions requiring social support and coverageManage third party social tools including Dash Hudson and Canva, while staying informed of and presenting new and additional tools in support of brand effortsDevelop and manage engaging giveaways and sweepstakes to boost follower growth and engagement and align with like-minded brandsCoordinate in-field activations that serve as dynamic social content enhancing brand presence and connect with the communityRequirements :
