Seeking a Hands-On Electrical Trainer to Power Up Our Team!

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Electrical Fundamentals: Provide hands-on training in the core principles of electrical work, including wiring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Field Problem-Solving: Help our team identify and resolve real-world electrical issues with confidence and precision.
- Develop Custom Training Programs: Create tailored training programs designed to enhance productivity, efficiency, and technical expertise.
- Identify Key Attributes: Evaluate team members to identify skills, strengths, and growth opportunities that align with the company’s goals and vision.
- Empower Our Team: Build the knowledge and skills necessary for our electricians to excel in the field and deliver exceptional results.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 10–15 years as a licensed electrician.
- Teaching Skills: Strong ability to teach and communicate complex concepts in a hands-on, practical way.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in installation, running jobs, troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical problems in the field.
- Leadership: A results-driven approach with the ability to assess and develop key attributes in team members to support company goals.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and problem-solving abilities.
