From managing social media to planning events, this role plays a key part in shaping the dealership’s public presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute engaging social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Create compelling videos, reels, and live content showcasing our inventory, events, and dealership culture.
- Act as the public face of Mosites Motorsports by featuring in videos and interacting with the online community.
- Oversee and update the dealership’s website to ensure accurate, attractive, and user-friendly content.
- Coordinate with internal teams to feature new inventory, promotions, and events.
- Manage relationships with our marketing company to align on strategies, budgets, and campaign execution.
- Monitor performance and adjust plans to optimize ROI.
- Plan, organize, and execute dealership events, including open houses, test ride days, and seasonal sales promotions.
- Ensure events reflect the brand and drive customer engagement.
- Design and produce sale tags, promotional materials, and in-store signage.
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure campaigns are visually cohesive and effective.
- Proven experience in marketing, social media management, or related fields (automotive or motorsports industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent on-camera presence and ability to create engaging video content.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to juggle multiple campaigns and projects.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, content creation tools, and website management systems.
- Event planning experience is highly desirable.
