Customer Service/Order Entry
Moslow Wood Products is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at a wood product manufacturing facility. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering phone calls, assisting with pricing inquiries, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of orders into our system.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail oriented, friendly, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
· Provide product information and pricing
· Accurately enter customer orders into the system
· Communicate with internal departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment
· Build strong customer relationships through excellent service
Basic qualifications:
· Strong communication and problem-solving skills
· Comfortable using computers and order entry software
· Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
· Prior customer service or order entry experience preferred
$17-18 per hour or based on experience. One will also be eligible for employee benefits which include Medical, Dental & Vision Plans (MWP contribution), 401K Retirement Plan with company match and Paid Vacation.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
