Mosquito Hunters is a locally owned and veteran-owned small business franchise that specializes in pest control services and holiday lighting installations. As a Marketing Professional, you will help plan and execute various marketing tactics to attract customers around the area. This internship will be dynamic and require you to wear different hats related to marketing and sales. We encourage creativity, flexibility, and a positive workspace, and reward hard work.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, experience with social media systems, and a desire to learn. You will be responsible for personalizing social media pages, researching and generating content for posts, and developing and maintaining posting schedules.
You will also research local home and garden shows and other community events, attend events and represent the company, and hand out marketing materials. Additionally, you will place lawn signs and door hangers, park in high visibility spots, and wear the Gunther mascot costume and wave at passersby.
