What You’ll Be Doing :
- You'll provide backup for our office personnel, answering phones, selling and scheduling services.
- You’ll manage our social media presence, posting updates about our monthly specials on Facebook and Instagram. Creativity is key—make our posts pop!
- Engage with our awesome customers by liking and commenting on their posts. We want them to feel like they’re part of the family!
- Swiftly respond to customer inquiries via social media—think of yourself as our friendly online ambassador!
- Occasionally, you might need to make outgoing calls to customers.
- Dive into the data! Collect and analyze social media interactions to see what works best. We’re all about improving our game!
- Get creative by designing fun graphics and videos for our posts using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Show us what you’ve got!
- Collaborate with our team to brainstorm fresh ideas for content and campaigns. Your ideas could be the spark we need!
