About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide a warm, professional, and knowledgeable experience for our customers. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, answer questions, and schedule services—all while ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
This position offers flexible scheduling, including early morning or late afternoon shifts (up until 7 PM), with reduced hours available during off-peak periods.

Engage & Assist Customers – Answer calls with confidence, actively listen to customer needs, and provide solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage Conversations – Keep calls efficient while maintaining a personal touch, ensuring customers feel heard and valued.
Work Across Multiple Technology Platforms – Navigate between various systems, understand how they are connected, and use them efficiently.
Maintain Accurate & High-Quality Work – Take pride in your work, ensuring that customer records and interactions are precise and well-documented.
Use Microsoft Office & Spreadsheets – Work within Excel and other tools to keep operations running smoothly.
