As a Seasonal Customer Service Rep on the Mosquito Joe team, a typical day for you will include:
- Interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services
- Selling initial and recurring services to residents via inbound phone calls
- Proactively engaging existing customer base via outbound calls
- Setting up new customer accounts, processing orders and performing customer verifications
- Resolving customer complaints and maintaining confidentiality of personal information

(Required qualifications)
- Experience: 1 year of customer service experience, phone sales experience preferred
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, high level of organization, excellent written and verbal communication skills, high computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
- Education: High school diploma or GED
- Physical requirements: Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds

- Pay: $15/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM
- Benefits: Medical/dental/vision insurance, Paid Time Off
- Financial Benefits: 401k, Associate Equity Program, Referral Bonus Program, Employee Bonus of up to $1,500! ($250 paid at end of training, $500 after 90 days of employment, $500 after 6 months, $250 after completing the season)
