Mosquito Control Specialist

We are currently seeking a FULL-TIME Pest Control Specialist for our SEASONAL Pest Control Specialist role. If you possess a positive attitude, are self-driven, and know how to deliver outstanding customer service, we invite you to apply. In this position, you'll work outdoors, servicing customer properties across the Northshore and New Orleans area. Essential Job Functions

• A drive to deliver excellent customer service
• The ability to carry up to 50 lbs on your back
• Understanding where mosquitoes multiply and the ability to locate these troublesome areas to control the mosquito population - No experience? We will train the right candidate!
• The ability to work outside for eight hours per day

Education and Experience

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Past pest control experience preferred, but not required
• Ground applicator license preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $22 per hour based on experience
• This is a 1099 contract to hire role.
• Ability to earn additional income by participating in our Sales Incentive Program ** This program will be discussed with candidates who inquire and make it to the final round of interviews.

Working Conditions Details

Annual Requirements

March - November, with December - February being sales generating months

Hours of Work

Mon - Friday; 8 am - 5 pm, with the occasional weekend need

Work environment

This position is required to be out in the community assisting our customers with mosquito control and generating new customers.

Travel requirements

This position will be required to travel from the Northshore to New Orleans weekly.
