Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven General Manager to lead our pest control business . Become part of our supportive team environment in Greenville, SC ! Candidates must have experience in general pest control and a valid applicator license in South Carolina for categories 3 and 7A, and or an equivalent license from another state.

Duties
Help develop and implement our General Pest Division.
Train technicians.
Manage technicians day to day. .
Ensure all company vehicles are current on maintenance and make appropriate arrangements for repairs and servicing.
Oversee the maintenance of all company equipment, addressing any issues and facilitating repairs when necessary.
Monitor product inventory levels and communicate any shortages to the Director of Operations promptly.
Other duties as assigned.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Previous experience in pest control or a related field is required.
Strong sales skills to effectively communicate service benefits to clients.
Familiarity with landscape maintenance and lawn care practices is a plus.
Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
