Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections, assessments, and treatments for mosquito and pest control at client locations.
- Develop customized pest management plans to meet client needs effectively.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of pest control technicians.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain detailed records of treatments.
- Operate and maintain pest control equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and providing preventive advice.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Valid Qualified Applicator License (QAL) with Category A (required).
- Experience in Pest control.
- Strong knowledge of pest control techniques, safety standards, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to inspire and guide your team.
- Physical ability to perform tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various environments.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
