The Salesforce Engineer Senior is responsible for evaluating technology needs and requirements for client projects as well as providing thoughtful technical solutions and alternatives for deliverables. This involves designing and documenting applications around approved solutions. The Engineer role will also build technical applications as solutions to identified problems.

Responsibilities :
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Identify one or more technical solutions and be able to discuss with clients; creating a solid technical solution based on best practices
- Conduct post-release / post-deployment testing
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) based on business requirements / technical specifications and analyze results; help troubleshoot / reproduce bugs and errors as well as log and communicate issues
- Develop and maintain working knowledge and documentation of deployment and version control methodologies
- Analyze the impact of defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability issues on existing test cases
- Communicate timely on any client issues and help identify the core issue(s); communicate to clients with open tickets to provide daily status on progress
- Document and communicate estimated timeframes and scope for fixes to clients
- Collaborate with the team to design, develop, and maintain all development
- Communicate with the engineering leader on demo and client application setup time requirements; set up clients with templated internal applications from the AppExchange
