POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL IMPACT
Moss’ Senior Coordinator is responsible for creating captivating graphics through design, photography, and copy following brand standards. This includes print and electronic communications for corporate collateral consistent with the Architectural / Engineering / Construction (AEC) industry. You will bring a positive, professional, and team player attitude to perform day-to-day tasks and serve as a champion of the Moss brand.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, copywrite, and produce print and digital materials including, but not limited to brochures, ads, infographics in support of proposals / presentations, web design, social media, promotional materials, internal corporate communications collateral, etc.
Edit still photography to support print collateral, social media, and website.
Manage production of materials including gathering printing bids, packaging artwork, and assembling final layouts for printers, preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendors and fulfillment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure creative materials align with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
Ensure all design work is aligned with company brand guidelines and visual identity.
Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; one-to-two years related experience and / or training; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Knowledge of print and digital graphic design and a strong sense of typography design skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative, service-oriented, able to work independently.
3–5 years’ progressively relevant graphic design work experience; experience in the AEC industry is a plus.
Solid experience in design and photo editing software including Adobe Creative Suites (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Bridge) and Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under strict deadlines.
Detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
