Moss Motors, Ltd., a leading distributor of specialty automotive parts and accessories since 1948, seeks a
a full-time Salesperson for our location in Goleta, CA. This individual will become an important member of a dedicated team. The Salesperson position reports to the Call Center Manager.
Duties:
Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
Responsibilities:
· Answer calls and respond to emails to provide customers with product information.
· Enter new customer information into system, or update existing customer information.
· Process orders, forms, and payments.
· Research required information using available resources.
· Manage and resolve customer complaints.
· Identify and escalate priority issues by routing calls to appropriate resource.
· Follow up customer calls when necessary.
· Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
· Automotive experience and/or knowledge of car parts.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
· Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
· Knowledge of call center telephony and technology.
· Some experience in a call center or customer service environment.
· Good data entry and typing skills.
· Knowledge of British cars, a plus.
Compensation:
· Hourly rate DOE plus incentive and full benefits.
Background check and drug screening required.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.00 per week
