ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage, guide, and train a marketing team focused on strategic pursuits, ensuring their growth and development
Develop and oversee strategic pursuit plans in collaboration with business development and operational leaders and manage pursuit deliverables from inception to completion while ensuring compliance and responsiveness
Work closely with the Pursuits Function Lead on pursuit strategy—improving processes and innovative solutions for enhanced quality and efficiency
Critically edit and proof content, ensuring compelling proposal responses and presentations, and manage print production of deliverables
Collaborate with the data analyst and pursuit team members to ensure maintenance of the marketing database and marketing materials, including project lists and personnel resumes
Establish and adhere to processes ensuring quality proposals and adherence to brand standards
May include managing consultants, developing project award strategies, and collecting case studies
Perform other duties as assigned
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
5-7 years in the A / E / C industry with a bachelor’s degree
Supervisory experience and a history of successful pursuit / proposal development are essential
Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office Suite, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Keynote
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. A detail-oriented individual with persuasive writing and editing capabilities who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines with positivity
