This is a full-time, non-exempt position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise multiple electrical crews to ensure compliance with state statutes
* Run electrical wiring for DC and AC circuits according to project specifications and local codes
* Diagnose and resolve electrical issues within solar PV systems
* Perform routine inspections and maintenance checks on solar installations
* Ensure all electrical work complies with state and local building codes and regulations
Requirements
* State Journeyman license required for the state of Kentucky
* Minimum of High School diploma required
* Proficiency in using electrical tools and testing equipment for solar installations
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving dynamic environment with ability to handle a high-pressure environment, and prioritize work effectively
* Detail oriented, organized, and efficient individual able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner
