What are the responsibilities and job description for the Collision Center Receptionist/Administrative Assistant position at Mossy Nissan Escondido/Infiniti of Escondido?
We are seeking a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant with excellent organizational skills and a winning attitude. This individual's primary responsibility is to receive and direct both callers and visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner, as well as assisting the Collision Center Manager in functions relating to the operation of the Collision Center.
Employees in this position will be paid a base hourly wage of $20.00/Hr
Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following; other duties may be assigned.
- Providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times.
- Promoting an understanding of, and strong commitment to client satisfaction and to the Mossy Team.
- Maintaining accuracy and timely completion of Reports for the Collision Center.
- Close & Process Repair Orders.
- Follow-up on Warranty submissions and claims.
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail.
- Ordering, receiving and distributing order shipments.
- Maintaining operation and repair of office equipment & Maintaining postage meter and postage
- Reconciling and forwarding daily deposits.
- Fielding client complaints and ensure prompt and appropriate action by General Manager or department head.
- Answering, screening and directing telephone calls to the appropriate departments and/or staff person.
- Serving as an information center for client and employees with a smile and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Ensuring the reception desk and surrounding area is neat, clean and free of safety hazards.
