Automotive Express Service Technician Primary Responsibilities:
- Receiving and carrying out Repair Orders as dispatched.
- Performing video based vehicle inspections to determine maintenance needs.
- Providing estimates for needed repairs.
- Performing Quality Control checks to ensure repairs are complete.
- Completing all required paperwork and documentation for repair services.
- Maintaining organized, clean work space.
- Communicating directly and efficiently with service advisors, parts department employees, and upper management
- Participating in proprietary training/education programs to hone skills and develop expertise in industry-leading automotive technologies and processes.
