Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced bakers to join our team. As a Baker, you will play a crucial role by preparing and baking our fresh items.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of breads, pastries, and food items.
- Consistently maintain high standards of quality and presentation with all baked goods/food items.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as dough mixers, ovens, etc.
- Uphold cleanliness and proper sanitation standards throughout the bakery.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient service.
- Ensure all food items are made correctly.
- Previous experience in a baker role; minimum 1 years. Preferably in a fast-paced bakery or cafe setting.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and machine operation.
- Ability to speak english proficiently. Bi-lingual is a huge plus.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
