Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Provide information about the hotel and its services.
- Handle guest complaints in a professional manner.
- Process reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Ensure that all guest needs are met in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Provide assistance with luggage.
- Laundry and Cleaning
- Other duties assigned by front office manager and general manager
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
