Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all guests are greeted and checked in promptly and courteously
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring that it is clean and organized
- Assist with scheduling and payroll
- Ensure that all front desk procedures are followed
