Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the store's operations, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly. This position involves overseeing daily activities, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Assistant Manager will also be responsible for inventory control and administrative tasks, contributing to the overall success of our retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including stock management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Support shift management by scheduling staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and make informed decisions regarding pricing and promotions.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that enhances the customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Collaborate with the store manager on administrative duties such as reporting and performance evaluations.

Experience
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in inventory control processes and retail math concepts.
