Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas of the facility.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, waxing, and polishing floors to ensure they are clean and presentable.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to management.
- Follow established safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to their requests for assistance or additional supplies.
- Assist in housekeeping management tasks when required, including training new staff on cleaning procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
