What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent position at Motel 6 Minneapolis South - Lakeville?
Our hotel requires passionate, experienced - forward-thinking individuals to fill its Guest Service Agent positions. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a great attitude who are capable of working quickly, making decisions and solving problems. The Guest Service Agents will interface directly with our clients and act as a positive representative of our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Front Desk - guests check in & check out
- Managing reservations & directing calls for reservations
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests of the hotel.
- Answer customer calls at the front desk.
- Troubleshoot issues in the hotel and find good solutions to problems.
- Work with housekeeping staff to fulfill guests' requests and meet their needs.
- Call vendors to resolve supply or service issues.
- Clean rooms and repair small problems in rooms.
- Such as broken lamps, towels, etc.
Freshers are welcome to walk in for assessment at Job location between Monday to Friday.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
