Full Time Hotel Maintenance!

Motel 6 Oak Creek (1201 West College Ave)

***This position is full-time and requires the employee to work 5 shifts (10am-6pm/11am-7pm) per week***

We currently are looking for a Full Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Maintenance Technician must be friendly, professional and able to communicate, read and write in English.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Qualified candidates have strong working knowledge in the areas of:

• Patching & Painting
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Knowledge of PTAC
• Technical/maintenance work
• As well as general and deep cleaning.

ATTRIBUTES:

Positive Attitude, Effective Communication Skills, Pleasing personality, Good team player & listener Ability to work well independently. Previous Hotel or Apartment Maintenance experience preferred. Position available immediately. Must have an open availability, Must have a vehicle with an acceptable driver license.
