The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving hotel revenue by building strong relationships with local businesses, responding to leads, and identifying new sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community groups to promote the hotel.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including group bookings, corporate accounts, and special events.
- Respond promptly to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) through platforms like Cvent Group, Cvent Transient, Hotel Planner, and other lead generation channels.
- Conduct sales calls, attend networking events, and participate in community outreach initiatives to generate leads.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to create tailored packages and promotions to meet client needs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the hotel’s CRM system.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including social media campaigns and local advertising.
- Provide exceptional customer service to potential and existing clients, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact to post-stay follow-up.
