- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations of the restaurant or food service establishment.

- Oversee inventory control processes to minimize waste and optimize stock levels.
- Help coordinate banquet services and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain operational excellence.
- Manage scheduling and staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.

Experience
