We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. Duties
- Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurate.
- Manage phone systems efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when interacting with guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
- Strong management practices and front desk operations.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Familiarity with phone systems and proficient phone etiquette.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Experience in resort environments is a plus but not mandatory.
