We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel housekeeping and laundry operations, including dry cleaning processes.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks in guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
- Launder linens, towels, and other items according to established protocols, ensuring they are clean, fresh, and well-presented.
- Operate laundry equipment effectively, including washers, dryers, and ironing machines.
- Handle dry cleaning items with care and attention to detail.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues to management.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide exceptional service to guests by responding promptly to requests related to housekeeping or laundry.
Skills
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry services is preferred.
- Knowledge of dry cleaning processes and equipment operation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
